Fully-Insured Or Self-Insured Options

Capstone recognizes the need to offer both fully-insured and self-insured group health insurance options. Fully-insured plans are premium based and the insurance company from which it is purchased assumes the risk for the claims. Self-insured plans are those where the employer acts as its own insurer and takes the risk for claims and has the financial capital and stability to do so. Typically, smaller businesses opt for the fully-insured option and certain larger organizations may utilize the self-insured plans, but it ultimately will be determined on the needs of the company. Our Group Health Experts can analyze your situation and present you with options that will best suit your company and employees. Should you choose a Self-Insured Group Health Plan, Capstone can provide administrative programming to help alleviate that increased burden on your human resources’ department.

Supplemental Programs (Dental, Life, Vision, Disability and Long-Term Care)

In addition to Capstone’s Group Health Insurance packages and services, several other insurance benefit options are available to our clients as voluntary or supplemental benefits. Dental, life, vision, disability and long-term care insurance policies are some of the more popular choices.
