Capstone Brokerage expands with purchase of new building
Corporate headquarters, meeting facility to be located in 12,320-square foot space

LAS VEGAS – Capstone Brokerage, an independent insurance brokerage, will expand by moving its corporate headquarters into a 12,320-square-foot space located at 8681 W. Sahara Ave. The facility will house office space as well as a meeting facility, where the company will host events and seminars.

While the insurance industry retracted during the recession, Capstone Brokerage maintained its record of consistent year over year revenue growth. When the opportunity to purchase a building was presented, Capstone jumped at the opportunity. “We believe we’ve seen the bottom of the recession,” said Jade Anderson, founder and CEO. “Now is a good time to invest in Las Vegas and our future.” The building sold for $1.55 million, and employees begin moving in at the end of July.

“We’ve grown every year through 2010,” Anderson said. “And right now, it’s a great opportunity to buy a building. It provides us the flexibility to facilitate our expansion plans into the future.” Capstone Brokerage is “gearing up for a major expansion in 2012,” and the new building acquisition is just the beginning, Anderson said.
