We are looking for a talented and successful Front Desk/Office Administrator to represent our company as our ambassador of first impressions. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, professional and can represent our company in a professional manor. The role of the Front Desk/Office Administrator Position is to makes sure all guests entering our office feel welcome. All incoming phone calls on our multi-line system are answered with a smile and an urgency to help direct them to someone who can help them. All incoming faxes to our fax server are promptly forwarded to their respective parties. Help keep the office in order as well as assisting with other office related tasks which can includes administrative support.
Qualifications
At Capstone, your values, abilities, and track record of success are more important than direct experience. That being said, an ideal candidate would have the following:
• Strong competencies in personality (the ability to portray a positive attitude and project enthusiasm and energy), personal skills (integrity, candor, excellence), and interpersonal skills (oral and written communication, customer service)
• Candidate with at least 1 year of successful experience in switchboard operating. • Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus. • Proven ability to multitask and follow-through. • Professional appearance and dress.
• Must be efficient in Microsoft office including Power Point
