Capstone Brokerage Makes, Vegas Inc’s “Best Places to Work”

Vegas Inc’s “Best Places to Work” recognizes and honors companies who have an atmosphere, policies and compensation plans in place that its employees are pleased with and speak highly about. All of the honorees are selected based on the anonymous surveys of their respective employees. Capstone Brokerage, a leading Risk Management, Insurance and Employee Benefits firm was placed on this prestigious list this year.

To find Southern Nevada’s Best Places to Work 2009, Vegas Inc asked readers to nominate local workplaces. Once the nominees were all in, employees were then asked to complete a survey and the results are based solely on the voice of the employees. For Capstone Brokerage this is the greatest honor because the company finds it employees to be the biggest asset. Knowing that they are happy and enjoy their workplace is the best complement.

Robert Pusateri, an account manager for their benefits department, has worked for Capstone since the very beginning. Pusateri, was eager to share his opinion of the recent nomination. “I have worked for Jade, well Capstone since the beginning, I love my job and I love what I do. Capstone is a place for personal growth, I can’t imagine working anywhere else, management has full confidence in the employees and the team that we are, its refreshing.” Capstone employs 25 people and they let everyone know that it is one of the “Best Places to Work” in Las Vegas with this great honor.
